Guardiant
Trust & Compliance

Safety technology you can take at its word.

People make safety decisions based on what we say. That’s why Guardiant is deliberate about claims, status and limits.

Our commitments

Clear about what we do.

01

Responsible claims

We describe what Guardiant does today, in plain language. Capability that is still in development is always labelled that way on this site, in sales conversations and in documentation.
02

Privacy by configuration

Location and safety activity are visible only to the response pathway configured for the person. Role-based access in the Portal keeps information with the people responsible for acting on it. Details are set out in our Privacy Policy.
03

Honest device specifications

Battery life, coverage and location performance depend on real-world conditions, so our specifications say so plainly. The 4G Safety Watch’s standby, for example, is stated as up to 48 hours depending on use and settings.
04

Monitoring, delivered properly

Professional monitoring is optional and delivered through appropriate monitoring partners, never presented as something it isn’t.
05

Roadmap discipline

Future capability such as CCTV/VMS integration is labelled In Development wherever it appears, and never sold as current.

The Limits, Clearly

Guardiant supports safety.

Guardiant connects people to configured response pathways: it is a layer of protection, not a substitute for emergency services.

In an emergency

It does not replace emergency services.

In an emergency, always call Triple Zero (000).
